This focused hour takes place on our 400m loop, offering the perfect opportunity to get some consistent laps in at a steady pace.After the first hour, you’re welcome to continue swimming on our 550m island loop (water temperature permitting), for those wanting to extend their session.For safety, we encourage all swimmers to wear a tow float, but front crawl swimmers may go without one if they wear a brightly coloured swim hat.
