This course consists of three elements: eLearning, Confined Water Training and Open Water Dives.The online theory should be completed before the start of the pool session. This is done at home at your own pace.Day 1 - Pool sessionDay 2 - Open water session ( 8:00 - 13:00)Day 3 - Open water session ( 8:00 - 13:00)Includes:- All sessions- Equipment rental for 3 days- Dive permit & Certification fees- Light snacks- Water & refreshments* Swimming skills is mandatory.* Once you receive the course you will have 2 weeks to complete the e-Learning session. This must be completed in order to be certified.* Dives must be booked the week after completion.* Once confirmed, cancellation will not be accepted unless there is a medical emergency.* If no viable reason is given for cancellation, then you will be charged a fee of 30 RO (price for 1 dive day).* Pre menstrual cycle will not be excepted as a viable excuse. The Try Scuba day is a one day program that helps you gain the knowledge and skills needed to dive for your first time. At first we practice your new knowledge and basic Scuba skills in confined water which takes 1 hour, before proceeding to open water dives where you will then apply and demonstrate what we learned together while exploring local dive sites at the Bander Al Khiran.You don't need to purchase or rent diving equipments, that's included in the package and our female instructor will be with you every step of the way to make sure you are safe and have fun!

They will order lab work, as needed, timed to your menstrual cycle for the most accurate hormone and fertility assessment. Requisition forms will be provided for hormone, thyroid, and other fertility markers, individualized to your care. Your Fertility Doula will help you schedule your lab work at the optimal time in your cycle to ensure accurate and meaningful results.After your lab results are complete, a follow-up consultation will be required to review your results and finalize your care plan.

This 1-hour virtual session is a one-time initial consultation and the starting point for your personalized, hormone-focused nutrition care.
