Group Classes are our Small Group Sessions. Some journeys are meant to be taken TOGETHER! We firmly believe that training (and life in general) is a lot more fun when you do it together. Remember, no one fights alone! BTMMA offers excellent small group sessions catering for groups between 2 to 6 people. Training programs are specifically crafted to ensure that both group and individual goals are met. Whether you and your friends are looking to be fitter together, or just simply a few work colleagues hoping to strengthen team-building skills. We Can Get You There!

The Launchpad (Ages 10–13yrs)The Launchpad is an upbeat, contemporary vocal ensemble where primary school students discover the power of group singing and acoustic music-making. Moving away from traditional choir structures, this program functions like a pop vocal collective. Guided by keyboard accompaniment, students learn popular contemporary songs while discovering how to blend their voices, hold independent harmony parts, and step out for solo lines. It turns vocal practice into an inspiring team sport that builds confidence, listening skills, and stage presence.Weekly Learning Outcomes:- Understand essential vocal mechanics, including healthy breath support, clear posture, and vocal warm-up habits. - Sing accurately in key and master the transition from unison singing into foundational 2-part harmonies and rounds.- Develop vocal blend, group dynamic balance, and ear training to lock in with keyboard accompaniment.- Execute lead and backing vocal roles within a contemporary song arrangement. - Optional: Bring an acoustic guitar or keyboard to learn basic chord accompaniment alongside the vocal group.

Mainstage (Ages 14–18yrs)Mainstage is an advanced, performance-focused contemporary vocal workshop for high schoolers looking to refine their vocal styling, master complex harmonies, and deliver compelling unplugged performances. Led from the piano, this ensemble simulates a professional vocal collective, covering genres from modern pop and soul to acoustic indie. Teenagers collaborate on song arrangements, hone modern vocal techniques (such as mix voice, runs, and dynamic control), and build performance confidence in an authentic, low-overhead acoustic setting. Weekly Learning Outcomes:- Demonstrate healthy control over vocal registration (head voice, chest voice, and mix) across modern pop and contemporary styles.- Execute complex 3- to 4-part harmonies, vocal riffs, and backing vocal arrangements with precise pitch and timing.- Develop natural stagecraft, vocal projection, and expressive delivery without relying on electronic amplification.- Collaborate on acoustic song arrangements, learning how to structure intro, verse, chorus, and vocal breakdown sections. - Optional: Integrate student-played acoustic guitars, keys, or cajon to provide live acoustic backing for the ensemble.

Arts and Crafts (Ages 6-9yrs)“Today you are you, that is truer than true.  There is no one alive who is youer than you.”  We wholeheartedly agree with Dr Seuss. Our arts and crafts lessons are a place where each child can express themselves in a wonderfully distinctive way while learning and developing new skills through practise. We will focus on 4 main areas of mastery; namely fine motor control, foundational art concepts, material and medium mastery and the creative process & cognitive skills.Fine motor: Scissor proficiency (moving to cutting varied shapes and textures).                                                               Adhesive control – learning to apply the correct amount of glue or tape required for a specific task.                      Brush management – learning about how much paint to load on the brush, washing between colours and experimenting with different brushes (flat or pointed tips).                                                                                 Sculpting basics – scoring, slipping, rolling and flattening clay or dough to join pieces together.Foundational art concepts:Colour theory – understanding primary and secondary colours, how to mix tints (add white) and shades (add black).                                                                                                                                                     Spatial awareness – exploring overlapping objects, understanding foreground versus background and filling the page.                                                                                                                                                Texture exploration – identifying and replicating tactile surfaces like rough, smooth, bumpy and soft using different mediums.Line and pattern – creating repetitive motifs, geometric patterns and using varied line weights (thick and thin).Material and medium literacy:Dry mediums – mastering control with coloured pencils, pastels and markers.                                                       Wet mediums – managing water-to-paint ratios in watercolours and layering acrylics or tempera.                Fiber arts – learning basic weaving patterns, threading needles and tying simple knots.                             Mixed media – combining paper, textiles and found objects harmoniously in one project.Creative process and cognitive skills:Planning and sequencing – following multi-step instructions and mapping out a project before executing it. Visual problem solving – fixing structural mistakes like reinforcing a floppy cardboard structure. Replication vs innovation – learning to copy a technique accurately while adding personal imaginative details. We do all this in a loving and supportive environment where each child is encouraged to be themselves, being actively involved in their own growth and development.  And most importantly, we have fun together!
