($40 off) MY SPECIALTY + RECOMMENDED READING: These 10-card pulls offer an "entire life reading" in laymen's terms. However, they have a basis with ancient knowledge and connection to our ancestors! These structures are some of the most spiritual and profound to date. It is an all-encompassing multi-layered tarot spread that provides depth and understanding of the wisdom of the Tarot. These spreads are considered to contain an energy that has built steadily from continuous use over the years. When one lays out the Tarot Cards in a Celtic Cross or Tree of Life spread, one connects to energy formed by the hundreds of thousands of readers who have used, and continue to use this Spread for divination purposes. You dip into a power-house of Universal Energy. I use a special selection of tarot for these readings: the Neo-Rider Rose Gold Love Deck. Tree of Life: This Kabbalistic structure holds the infinite truths locked inside of esoteric and spiritual Judaism. The "Tree of Life", which originated in the ancient Jewish study of spirituality, was the essential roadmap (used to map chakras, elements, tarot & more). This map consists of 10 spheres- or "sephirot"- each encompassing a realm of understanding and growth in the spiritual existence. The spheres express the story of creation and mirror that of human maturity, both as an individual, collective, and soul entity. The pathways on the Tree of Life represent the downflow of the divine from the top sphere to the lowest. The interpretation of each sphere gives a clearer pathway for both divination and spiritual insight. Additionally, each major arcana is placed along a pathway, allowing direct insight into your progress on the spiritual journey. If this all is a lot to digest, remember, my key to readings is: EDUCATION. I will be teaching as we interpret your pathways so you can truly integrate this wisdom and understand its depth.  (Note: Anyone can do this reading. You do not have to be Jewish)Celtic Cross: One of the most infamous & renowned tarot spreads to date. This structure either answers an immediate question or gives an overview of your life now, both leading to the wisdom you are seeking. We dive into each life sector and analyze the factors and influences at play. This reading is exceptionally poignant during times of uncertainty, change, transformation, and healing. The cards offer welcomed visions towards the past and the future, highlighting your path forward. Clients have often come to needed realizations following these readings, as the tarot touches upon what is right below the surface. As we interpret the spread, I will share knowledge on the meaning and connection of your cards. In my experience, the education around the cards is key to truly understanding how they connect to you.(Add-on available of additional card pull focusing on a life arena: Love, Career, Travel, etc. or a specific question included in these sessions, FREE OF CHARGE)($160 value)**NOTE: ALL SERVICES MUST BE PAID IN FULL VIA VENMO TO @AVARENEENOTKIN or PAYPAL TO @ARENEEN WITHIN 48 HOURS OF BOOKING. A quick way to energetically heal during your busy life & schedule. No formal meditation required; just show up & be present. For Sound Healing Sessions or "sound baths", I utilize a multitude of energy healing instruments to center in and heal your chakras. It is an extremely relaxing and transcendental spiritual experience (and my personal introduction to the world of meditative practices that awakened my spiritual journey). Astral projection, subconscious/interdimensional journies, visions, insight into realms of understanding & wisdom, and deep meditative states are common. The vibrations and frequencies of the sounds are attuned to connect to the vibrations of your chakras and alleviate any blockage preventing you from progressing on your spiritual & physical journey.Science of Sound Healing: Sound has been a tool for promoting the physical and emotional health of the body for as long as history can account for; deeply rooted in ancient cultures and civilizations spanning from Egyptians, North American indigenous tribes, Chinese, Tibetan, Greek, and Australian cultures...to name a few. Music Medicine, as some call it, has been used as a healing power dating back more than 40,000 years. Every ancient civilization, from the Old Testament to the meditative Aum of Hinduism, represents the spiritual significance that is essential to the human relationship of nature, self, and the collective. Proven by both Eastern & Western science, here is the nitty-gritty scientific data of the West: The brain communicates through brain waves. These are divided into five different categories that form a spectrum of human consciousness. The slowest waves are delta waves (.5 to 3 Hz), which occur during our deepest state of sleep. The fastest are gamma waves (25 to 100 Hz), associated with higher states of conscious perception. And alpha waves (8 to 12 Hz) occur when the brain is daydreaming or consciously practicing mindfulness or meditation. Since the brain's language is based on frequency, by sending in waves of energy at 8-12 Hz, the cells in the lower brain stem activate because they're attuned to fire at that energetic level. Sound healing invokes the parasympathetic nervous system, which slows the heart rate, reduces blood pressure, and activates healing in the body, by accessing alpha wave frequencies. Simply; by employing the vibrations of healing instruments, we are jumpstarting you to higher-consciousness & vibrational fields than one can access in the day-to-day. Soundbaths are a way to heal yourself from the inside-out. Because sound healing is very effective at triggering the relaxation response, it is especially powerful for countering the symptoms of chronic stress, including both physical & emotional ailments.  Among my instruments you will find: Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls: The body has a natural affinity to quartz. Crystal acts as an oscillator, magnifying, and transmitting pure tone. As the sound affects brainwave activity one can enter into an altered state of consciousness. It is believed that crystal singing bowls produce a vibrational sound that resonates with chakras and helps rebalance your body to optimal health. This therapy is believed to transmit energy to your aura and directly affect your brain wave activity, supporting an improved state of consciousness. Various health practitioners believe that crystal singing bowls are powerful tools that can help heal mental and physical ailments.Himalayan Singing Bowls: Also known as "Tibetan singing bowls", monks take advantage of these instruments during meditation, which they believe to be “a symbol of the unknowable” whose “vibrations have been described as the sound of the universe manifesting.” The sound of Tibetan singing bowls harmonizes and allows deep relaxation of both sides of the brain. It stimulates stress relief on all levels and the elimination of toxins from the body.Steel Tongue Drums: This drum is tuned to the C Major scale in 432Hz, the vibrational frequency of the universe. Idiophones, instruments that create sound by vibration within themselves, are one of the oldest types of musical instruments based on archaeological finds. Thousands of years ago, our ancestors throughout Africa, Southeast Asia, and Oceania constructed these instruments out of bamboo or wood and utilized them in ritual ceremonies.Djembe Drums: Now one of the most widespread instruments on the planet, is said to have been invented in the 12th Century by the Mandinka tribe in what is now Mali, in West Africa. It has been played by West Africans for generations forming an integral part of ritualistic life in Mali, Guinea, Senegal, and other neighboring West African countries.(Add-On available of  Personalized Guided Meditation)**NOTE: ALL SERVICES MUST BE PAID IN FULL VIA VENMO TO @AVARENEENOTKIN or PAYPAL TO @ARENEEN WITHIN 48 HOURS OF BOOKING.
