Maximize your open water swimming potential with our fully risk-assessed and individualized sessions.To take part please ensure you have swim shoes/socks, a tow float, ideally a whistle, a swim hat, warm clothes & a spare costume to put on after (this is up to you, but ideal for keeping you warm after a swim), and a hot drink. You can pay in  instalments of £20 now £25 on 5th January with the remaining £45 due by 26th January.Payment is non-refundable when signing up to the course. We'll use props like magic circle and bands to get you moving!A deliberate paced class that will concentrate on breath in order to find those deep stabilizer muscles.  This class is a total body workout! Let's work on strengthening your hips and back.  A great Pilates mix of exercises and breath work that mind and body will enjoy.  

The focus is on strengthening and stretching hips, glutes and spine. This class is for individuals looking to keep their backs strong and have specific limitations.  Stay tuned for a lot of stretching exercises.  Sometimes tight muscles are  very difficult to access. New habits can take a while to develop.
