A Free transportation service designed to meet the needs of agencies and non-profit organizations that require assistance with transporting Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities. Transportation Request must be for non-urgent medical appointments. Booking slots are for one-way trips only. You must book the return trip separately. 

Agencies can reserve a 20-passenger shuttle for the day. The shuttle will take riders to locations (chosen by your agency) such as the grocery store, shopping mall, local senior center, etc. The Agency must provide FAME with the list of requested destinations and will work closely with FAME to schedule the times of pick-up and drop off for each trip. All trips must fall within a 5-mile radius of the agency.
