Join our Gripped clubs for regular Saturday sessions with our coaching team. During these sessions you will work towards the National Indoor Climbing Award Scheme (NICAS) Bouldering Levels 1-3. Further info about the NICAS Bouldering Levels can be found here.Each session will cost £15, plus an extra £7.50 to purchase the NICAS Bouldering Logbook on your first session. Leidest du unter Ein- oder Durchschlafproblemen, Schnarchen, Zähneknirschen, Alpträumen, Grübeln oder Stress? Entspannungstechniken, therapeutische Hypnose und Schlafhygiene können helfen, Stress abzubauen und deine Schlafqualität nachhaltig zu verbessern. Ausgenommen sind organisch bedingte Schlaf-Störungen. Dauer ca. 90 Minuten inklusive Entspannungstechniken, Achtsamkeits-Übungen und auf Wunsch therapeutischer Hypnose. Ich empfehle mehrere Sitzungen.
