Für diejenigen, die sich schnell Unterstützung wünschen. In vertraulichen Gesprächen begleite ich dich auf deinem Weg. Ich unterstütze dich, Herausforderungen wahrzunehmen und deine Ressourcen zu finden und zu aktivieren. Dauer ca. 60 Minuten. ​Ich empfehle dir je nach Thema mehrere Sitzungen.

Leidest du unter Ein- oder Durchschlafproblemen, Schnarchen, Zähneknirschen, Alpträumen, Grübeln oder Stress? Entspannungstechniken, therapeutische Hypnose und Schlafhygiene können helfen, Stress abzubauen und deine Schlafqualität nachhaltig zu verbessern. Ausgenommen sind organisch bedingte Schlaf-Störungen. Dauer ca. 90 Minuten inklusive Entspannungstechniken, Achtsamkeits-Übungen und auf Wunsch therapeutischer Hypnose. Ich empfehle mehrere Sitzungen.

Dabei bleibst du bei vollem Bewusstsein, bist ansprechbar und könntest jederzeit abbrechen oder ins Wachbewusstsein zurückgeholt werden! Dauer ca. 1,5 Stunden inkl. Hypnose, Vor- und Nachgespräch. Oftmals genügen 2 Sitzungen. Bei Gewichtsreduktion und Schlaf empfehle ich mehre Sitzungen.

Small group aqua fit sessions suitable for older people and those who would benefit from low impact exercise.Ideal for beginners.  You don't need to be able to swim to enjoy these sessions.  The pool is standing depth and heated.  The pool is stairs entry up and down with one handrail.  Assistance can be given.  Not suitable for wheelchair users or those who cannot access stairs.Low impact and a lot of fun!Pay as you go - term time only.Payment is non-refundable. but you can amend your booking with 24hours notice.
