The process looks like this: 1) First session: Discuss your unique strengths and talents, your ideals and visions, as well as helping you to become clear on your spiritual destiny (chart analysis and personal discussion is used). 2) Second session: A complete yoga nidra session is developed from our previous session together, empowering you to become even more clear on your sankalpa and develop the feeling/emotion that is behind it. 3) Third session: We work together to develop your sankalpa and refine the actual wording so that it motivates you to action and begins fueling your total transformation immediately!
