Das Microblading + Shading ist mittlerweile eine sehr begehrte, manuell durchgeführte Methode, die uns ermöglicht eine natürlich aussehende, definierte Augenbraue zu kreieren.

L'entraînement fractionné à haute intensité ou HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) est une forme d'entraînement qui alterne des exercices de forte intensité avec des périodes de récupération ou d'exercice plus modéré. L'exercice est répété en boucle plusieurs fois.Ces entrainements se passent en extérieur au Jardin Albert 1er à Nice. Merci de venir avec un tapis de sol.
