RCC is planning to begin the exhaust fan rectification works starting next week. They are aiming to schedule two units per day for these tasks, with a four-hour work block for each unit.Some units will likely have issues resolved by adjusting kinks in the ductwork. However, for most units we plan to upgrade the exhaust fans to a newer model as the current readings are generally low.Work may vary depending on the specific unit, access to the fans and potential ceiling modifications. If access holes need to be cut, they will be patched to match the existing finishes.RCC will begin on Monday, April 4th and will continue until all units are completed.
