With energy healing we are able to release and clear out trapped energies from the entire body. We work with the Body Code and the Emotion Code to clear out energies such as emotions, negative beliefs, imbalances, misalignments, etc. which no longer serve the person, and which can in fact disrupt and disturb the body's own amazing capacity of healing itself. We also realign, balance all that has been disturbed by these low vibrating heavier kind of energies, to make room for healing and lighter energies within the entire system.Based on the Quantum Physics and taken into account that most people do end up trapping fowl energies at some point in their lives, releasing emotions with the Body Code and The Emotion Code (Discover healing), is a very effective and efficient way of simply releasing these trapped emotions and energies without going into any details whatsoever of what may have caused the energies to get trapped in the first place. And through releasing trapped energies we can then align misalignments and balance organs, soft tissue, glands, skeleton, the endocrine system, the immune system, digestive system, emotional imbalances, etc. Practically all there is in the body that may have been affected by this trapped energy as well as all sorts of diseases and disorders (being it mental, physical, psychosomatic, autoimmunity, etc.), so that the body's own immense healing power can start working on creating harmony, alignment and good optimal health again. The healing is made over video call and takes about 45 minutes.Price is USD 111 (with package pricing as an option, just contact us for more info).Payment via Paypal or E-transfer or Swish or Invoice.Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Parental, family and individual coaching for parents and families who wish to ameliorate and improve their relationships and their work bringing up the future to our world. We all find our selves sometimes or more often asking for certainty in whether or not we're doing "the right" thing for ourselves, our partners and in particular our children. The truth is that there are no right or wrong ways, but there are some things that will ensure and facilitate certain outcomes (as well as there are other ways of manifesting oneself that enables other less advantageous and less desired outcomes). Knowing what is best for ones own particular setup can be very tricky, may it be simply due to being right in the middle of it, or due to more complicated scenarios with Highly Sensitive persons/children, ADHD or other challenges. This is where Karolina can help through bringing in her many degrees within the psychosocial and psychosomatic fields alongside with her vast experience within the family, group, children and teenage psycho-emotional context.Coaching is made through online video call.Cost is USD 111 (package pricing upon request, 5 sessions for USD 500).Payment via E-transfer, Paypal, Wise, Swish or Invoice.Looking forward to seeing you!

Mindfulness, in other words being present in the "here and now", is in many ways the art of observing one's consciousness. Easier said than done, and that's why we're here to help with both the theory and practice behind mindfulness as well as with exercises. All according to your preference, being it simple exercises to do while you go about your daily life or more meditation style exercises, or a mix. With 15 years of experience in teaching and coaching Mindfulness, as a certified Mindfulness instructor,  as well as healing and shifting negative programs into positive ones that promote energy instead of consume it, Karolina will guide you and give you the most out of your Mindfulness sessions.Payment is either through  e-transfer, Wise, Swish or Invoice, cost is USD 111 per session, or package of 5 sessions for USD 500.Questions?
