Se realizan ajustes de ser necesario al plan alimentario inicial, recomendaciones y educación nutricional.

* Cita inicial - 60 a 75 minutos (evaluamos tus necesidades nutricionales y establecemos un plan alimentario).* Incluye 5 citas de seguimiento ( cada una dura de 30 a 45 min).* En cada cita se realiza valoración de la composición corporal y de hábitos alimentarios. * En las citas de seguimiento se realizan ajustes de ser necesario al plan alimentario inicial, recomendaciones y educación nutricional. * Tienes acceso a la app de seguimiento donde  podrás registrar tus comidas y actividad física.* Acompañamiento y solución de dudas vía WhatsApp o E-mail.
