Reiki energy is available to everyone and anyone can access it, but studying it will help to strengthen the access further. The term "Reiki" comes from the Japanese word meaning universal life force energy. The practitioner serves as a conduit for healing energy directed into the body or energy field of the recipient, with or without physical contact with the body.In the 60-minute session, you will have nothing to do other than relax and rest.
