It emphasizes the importance of first impressions, professional meet-and-greet behaviour, and clear, confident public speaking when delivering transfer, see-off, and see-in speeches. Through discussion, role-play, and practice, participants will develop confidence in representing the company with professionalism, reassurance, and warmth. Learning ObjectivesBy the end of the training, participants will be able to: Understand the challenges guests face at the airport and how to reduce their stress. Make a strong first impression through professional meet-and-greet behaviours. Deliver clear, confident, and engaging transfer, see-off, and see-in speeches. Apply key public speaking skills: audience awareness, confident delivery, and clear communication. Continuously reflect and improve their communication style.
