The Understanding Reactions workshop is a group workshop where clients learn about the impact of sexual trauma on their bodies, minds, and social well-being. The focus of the session is on the impact of the trauma, not the traumatic event itself. The workshops can be both online or face to face. 

This workshop hopes to explore reconnecting with your roots, your values and hopes and dreams through a creative activity.  The Tree of Life stems from a narrative therapy approach and focuses on storytelling. The first part of the workshop will be creating your own Trees of Life. We will then come together to create a Forest of Life with everyone's trees, and after lunch we will have an explorative talking space for us to think about the Storms that trees and we as humans experience and the impact of this.This full day workshop welcomes everyone and all trees (no previous artistic experiences needed!)

It is a small closed group facilitated by two therapists with the aim to create a sense of safety together and explore how to manage trauma. You will be invited to engage in creative activities. The group meets for 75 minutes at the same time for 4 weeks. Session 1 - how to feel safe, window of tolerance, grounding and empathy, emergency box Session 2 - creating contained and safe space to manage difficult feelings of shame Session 3 - how to cultivate self-worth and re-frame time, visualising the past, present and future Session 4 - self-care, going back to basics; food, mood and movement

This one hour Reiki service will include the following:- Intake-Back Chakra/Front Chakra - Reiki energy session-Pendulum Reading- Complimentary spiritual bath to take home-Reiki with Kiki shirt (first time visit only..not offered with December special) -Chakra balancing informational sheets

This Distance Reiki session will last about 30 to 45 minutes. It is best that you choose a time where you can relax without distractions. A phone number will be needed so a after session follow up can done.
