The water is encased in a thin plastic cushion that fills as you are emersed into the Zerobody experience. So you get to be gravity-free without getting wet.

Pre Ballet está diseñado para niñas y niños de 5 y 6 años como una etapa clave en el inicio de la formación en ballet. A través de una estructura clara y progresiva, la clase introduce los fundamentos básicos del ballet clásico, desarrollando coordinación, postura, musicalidad y conciencia corporal de manera adecuada a su edad.El programa combina movimiento creativo con ejercicios técnicos sencillos, fomentando la disciplina, la concentración y el trabajo en grupo, siempre desde un enfoque respetuoso del desarrollo físico y emocional. Las clases fortalecen habilidades motrices, equilibrio y control corporal, sentando bases sólidas para niveles posteriores. Pre ballet forma parte de la formación estructurada de Reygo Ballet Academy, donde el ballet se enseña con cuidado, claridad y atención al proceso individual de cada alumno. Horarios: Lunes 4:40 PM y Miércoles 5:30 PM

Nivel dirigido a participantes de 6 y 7 años, enfocado en el desarrollo técnico inicial del ballet dentro de un entorno estructurado y respetuoso del crecimiento infantil.El programa incluye danza clásica para establecer bases de alineación, coordinación y musicalidad; stretching y mobility para favorecer la movilidad, conciencia corporal y prevención de lesiones; y danzas de carácter, con introducción a danzas regionales de Europa, que amplían el vocabulario de movimiento, el sentido rítmico y la expresión artística.Horarios  Stretching and Mobility / Danzas de Carácter. Las clases se imparten de forma progresiva, cuidando la técnica, la postura y el disfrute del movimiento, siguiendo principios de formación integral inspirados en el sistema de enseñanza europeo.

Programa de ballet diseñado para niñas de 8 y 9 años que fortalece la técnica, coordinación, flexibilidad y expresión artística. Incluye dos clases por semana que combinan ballet clásico, movilidad, stretching y danzas de carácter para un desarrollo integral de la bailarina.

A 3 hour general house clean with 2 team members over 1.5 hours. This includes a kitchen and bathroom clean, vacuum, mopping all floors and some wiping around and dusting. 

A 3 hour clean with 2 team members over 1.5 hours. This includes a wipe down of internal windows and sills that are reachable without a ladder, wipe down of all skirting boards and doors.

A 3 hour deep clean with 2 team members over 1.5 hours. This includes a deep kitchen and bathroom clean, vacuuming, mopping all floors, skirting boards, doors and wiping around. To cover up to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
