Feeling and healing into the truth of oneself unites the body, mind and emotions. Past, out-dated beliefs about oneself and the world are cleansed from the energy field. Karmic Obstacles are removed. Relaxation, relief, and peace become the moment. From here we tap in to the personal, creative and unlimited store of universal energy seeking expression through each individual. The healer holds space, plugs in, and allows this energy to flow. Reiki is directed to the place where it is needed most.
