Join us for a stay and play session at Alf & Co.Designed with mama’s (and daddy’s, and grandparents and aunties and uncles!) in mind.Please note: each session booked is for one adult and one child. If multiple adults would like to attend another slot must be booked whether or not another child is in attendance.The Stay and Play area is designed with sensory and educational play suitable from birth to pre-school. Beginners, as well as those who have done yoga but are unfamiliar with the Iyengar style or have lapsed in their practice. The classes cover basic standing and sitting asanas, and preparatory for Inversions, such as Salamba Sarvangasana (shoulder stand).

Once you become more or less proficient in the basic classes and are able to come up into Salamba Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) on your own, you may be allowed to join the General classes.
