Our highly trained instructors will pair participants with others of similar age, height, and experience, ensuring a comfortable learning environment for everyone. No previous experience is required.

This Youth (11-15yrs) class is designed to introduce the fundamentals of kickboxing in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Open to individuals aged 11-15 years old, this class is suitable for those with no prior experience. Attendees will be paired with others of similar age, height, and experience, ensuring a comfortable and engaging learning experience.

Femme Fit is a dynamic kickboxing class exclusively designed for women. Learn the foundational techniques of kickboxing, such as stance, strikes, footwork, and defensive skills, while incorporating high-intensity interval training. This class offers a supportive and friendly atmosphere where you can train at your own pace. Whether you are a beginner or looking to enhance your fitness level, Femme Fit is the ideal opportunity to experience the empowering world of kickboxing.

We’ll send you an optional AllTrails route to follow! Bikes can be picked up as early as 9:00 AM and must be returned by 5:00 PM — but they’re yours for the whole day to explore Oak Island at your own pace!
