Let’s first get to know each other and discuss your goals and motivations in about 20 min. While I assess your level of Spanish, you can ask me about myself and my teaching, and find out if the chemistry is right.  Then experience how my lessons are in a 40 min trial 1-to-1 lesson. “Will Gon’s lessons be fun? Easy to follow? What about the quality of video, sound, and content?”… Answer your doubts and judge for yourself if what my students say about me is true. 60 min in total without compromise.  (Only bookable once per student).

A shorter, targeted session concentrated entirely on the back, shoulders, and neck, the areas that carry the most day-to-day tension from desks, screens, and long days. Ideal when you're short on time but need real relief.

Designed for active clients, this is firmer, targeted work on muscles that take the most strain from training or physical activity. Supports recovery, flexibility, and reduced muscle soreness.

A longer, whole-body treatment blending multiple techniques to address tension, circulation, and relaxation together. If you want the complete experience with time to fully unwind, this is it.

Our Krav Maga group classes are provided most nights of the week and are structured to ensure that students of all skill levels and fitness are catered for. Classes cover a number of topics, including but not limited to, striking and counterattacks, dealing with armed and unarmed attacks, dangerous chokes and grabs as well as problems on the ground. Classes are conducted weeknights and also Sunday morning. Check out our calendar for the latest schedule. What makes Krav Maga unique is its practicality - for real people and real situations - and its ability to empower people to feel safe, confident, fit, and above all, part of a connected community.

For students who want to learn or perfect their Krav Maga self-defence and dynamic striking fundamentals. Catered to all students from beginner to advanced, this class covers a variety of tactical and dynamic fighting principles essential for efficient and effective self-defence.

When training women, we take into account a woman’s ability to improve and successfully defend, despite any misconceptions she may have about herself and her ability to fight and face physical challenges that require both strength and aggression.KMG‘s training methods for women are based on years of experience, as well as numerous real-life situations in which women found our system to be the most effective. Our Krav Maga for women system provides excellent self-defence skills, producing the highest rate of defence successes in facing and successfully repelling various types of attacks. In addition to the technical and tactical training we also help women develop the right mindset to support and enhance their physical readiness to fight. This includes working to develop determination, persistence, and aggression as tools for women to use whenever the situation requires it.
