We have helped thousands of families and individuals prepare to become new homeowners. As our client, you can expect to be guided step-by-step through the homeownership process by knowledgeable, HUD approved counselors and support staff. While virtual education doesn’t yet surpass in-person learning in some areas, you will find that the lectures, materials presented, interactions and overall experience will be “virtually” the same. For individuals who are unable to attend in person, we provide this free online homebuyer class. Our virtual education concept differs from other housing organizations in that it is based on a personalized setting, allowing us to tailor our knowledge and curriculum to your specific needs and circumstances. Upon completion of the class, you will receive a certificate of completion.

On average, students spend about 8 hours total on the course, including reading the chapter content and completing the tests. However, only a minimum of 5 hours (300 minutes) is required. To successfully complete the course, you must: • Complete 11 chapters, and spend the minimum required time on each • Take a pre-test and a post-test on each chapter to assess your learning • Achieve a minimum passing score of 70% • Complete a budget and a student’s experience survey after finishing all chapters Upon completion, a Certificate of Completion will be issued on the following business day. I only schedule a limited amount of newborns per month to allow flexibility with due dates and arrival dates.
