I support people with anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, and challenges with confidence or self-esteem, and can help you develop practical tools to build confidence, strengthen resilience, and gain clarity. Sessions move at your own pace, and I may provide helpful resources during sessions and by email afterwards. You are welcome just as you are.  

This is a programme of six 60-minute coaching sessions  in a supportive, non-judgemental environment, with ongoing email support and resources provided throughout the programme.
