About: We are offering summer long volleyball training on Sunday mornings & Wednesday nights in east Scarborough for athletes ages 10-15. Athletes will be grouped by skill level with one court for developmental players and second court for competitive players. The Sunday 9-11 am slot time is for the younger age group (10-13) starting June 7th and the Sunday 11-1 pm is for the older age group (14-15) starting June 21st and runs once a week until August 23rd. Come down to our studio for a 45 minute Yoga class taken by our fully qualified yoga instructor Alex.Our wellness morning starts off with a 45 minute yoga class upstairs, once that is finished we go down and relax with a cup of tea or coffee. Smoothies, acai bowls, toasties and much more will also be available.

During these sessions we work on creating a new story for your life and clearing any energy that may be in the way.  We balance the energy systems, body systems and work on generational issues, we also work on mindset tools and create affirmations to help you move forward quickly.  Great for twice a month or monthly to help keep you in balance. You do not get a full written report with this session as that will be given in person on the session.  However, you will receive a summary and a few affirmations and recommendations from the session by email.

During these sessions we work on creating a new story for your life and clearing any energy that may be in the way.  We balance the energy systems, body systems and work on generational issues, we also work on mindset tools and create affirmations to help you move forward quickly.  Great for twice a month or monthly to help keep you in balance.

This session is great for busy clients.  You can have the work done and integrate when you read the report.  It's simple and easy.  You simply send me your intention and I remotely work on cleaning up the energy.   I balance the energy systems, body systems and work on generational issues, I also work on mindset tools and create affirmations to help you move forward quickly.  Great for twice a month or monthly to help keep you in balance.  The full report will be emailed to you within 2 business days of your session.
