In dieser Gruppe trainieren wir die allgemeine körperliche Fitness mit verschiedenen Trainingsarten wie z.B. Tabatas, EMOM. Durchgeführt werden dabei unterschiedliche Mobilitätsübungen und allgemeine Ganzkörper-Fitness-Übungen.Zusammengeschnitten werden diese Elemente in ein abwechslungsreiches Programm, damit keine Langeweile aufkommt und du deine Sportmotivation findest und erhältst.Diese Trainingseinheit ist für alle geeignet! Ganz gleich, ob du grade erst mit dem Sport anfängst oder ob du schon länger am Sporteln bist und nach einer Ergänzung suchst. CrossMobility bietet dir mit dem Block "Waldbaden" die Möglichkeit, bewusst Zeit im Wald zu verbringen und ihn mit allen Sinnen zu erleben. Erlebe gemeinsam in einer kleinen Gruppe von maximal 10 Personen das achtsame Gehen, das Atmen frischer Waldluft und das Berühren der Bäume und Pflanzen, sowie das Lauschen der Geräusche, z.B. dem Wind, der durch die Blätter der Bäume weht und den Vögeln, die in ihrer Vielfalt durch den Wald zwitschern. Wir lauschen den Geräuschen der Natur und erleben den Wald in entschleunigter Form. Wir nehmen uns aus dem meist streng getakteten und stressigen Alltag heraus, lassen die Seele baumeln und atmen tief durch.Bei einigen Achtsamkeits- und Wahrnehmungsübungen hast du die Möglichkeit, dich ganz bewusst als Teil der Natur wahrzunehmen. Wie fühlt sich das Gehen auf dem Waldboden an, wie fühlt es sich barfuß auf weichem Moos an?Nach diesem entspannenden Erlebnis tauschen wir unsere Eindrücke aus, denn jeder erlebt den Wald auf seine eigene Art und Weise, und wir kehren gestärkt in den Alltag zurück.
