We have several exercises classes running such as; a Lower Back class and a General Strength and Conditioning class. Individual exercise sessions can also be arranged. During the COVID-19 pandemic we are also offering online sessions, for those who are wanting to be cautious or in quarantine. Your physio appointment will be a video session and where we are able to assess you in detail and give you advise on how to manage your condition. This workshop is designed to stimulate the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of children through yoga exercises, games, relaxation/meditation, and exciting art & craft projects. all in the Christmas spirit.
