Das Betriebliche Eingliederungsmanagement (BEM) ist ein Ange-bot für alle Beschäftigten mit dem Ziel, die Gesundheit zu erhalten und zu fördern. Welche Ziele verfolgt das BEM?Das BEM ist ein unterstützendes Verfahren und umfasst alle Maßnahmen, Lösungsansätze und Leistungen, die im Einzelfall zur Wiedererlangung der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit nach längerer Arbeitsunfähigkeit erforderlich sind. Dabei sollen folgende Ziele erreicht werden: • Überwindung der Arbeitsunfähigkeit • Vorbeugung erneuter Arbeitsunfähigkeit • Erhalt des ArbeitsplatzesWann kann ich das BEM in Anspruch nehmen?Ein BEM steht Ihnen zu, wenn Sie mehr als sechs Wochen am Stück oder wiederholt - in Summe 30 Fehltage oder 42 Kalendertage - innerhalb der letzten zwölf Monate arbeitsunfähig waren.   Ihr Arbeitgeber ist nach §167 Abs. 2 SGB IX dazu ver-pflichtet, ein BEM anzubieten. Für Sie ist die Teilnahme jedoch freiwillig. Es besteht jederzeit die Möglichkeit, eine bereits erteilte Einwilligung zu widerrufen. Das BEM-Verfahren1. Erstkontakt und TeilnehmerkreisBei der ersten Kontaktaufnahme werden in Absprache mit Ihnen die Gesprächsteilnehmenden festgelegt. Beispielhafte Teilnehmende können sein:·        Eine Vertrauensperson Ihrer Wahl ·        der Betriebsarzt·        das Integrationsamt, ggf. der Rehabilitationsträger·        die FührungskraftDie Einbindung dieser Personen oder Stellen erfolgt nur im Rahmen des Erforderlichen und nur soweit Sie hierfür zuvor die Einwilligung erteilt haben. Die BEM-Koordination erfolgt bei uns im Unternehmen durch die SGB Akademie als externer und neutraler Partner.2. Analyse der AusgangssituationIn einem vertrauensvollen Erstgespräch werden die Ursachen für die Arbeitsunfähigkeit gemeinsam mit Ihnen ermittelt, um einen Zusammenhang mit den Arbeitsbedingungen festzustellen oder auszuschließen (Situationsanalyse).3. Entwicklung und Durchführung von                                            MaßnahmenGemeinsam werden mit Ihnen mögliche Maßnahmen und Lösungsansätze entwickelt wie zum Beispiel:·        eine stufenweise Wiedereingliederung ·        eine Anpassung des Arbeitsplatzes ·        technische Arbeitshilfen oder·        eine Reduzierung der Arbeitszeit Wichtig hierbei: Es gibt keine vorgeschriebenen Lösungen. Das BEM ist ein ergebnisoffenes Verfahren und jede Erkrankungssituation erfordert eine individuelle Betrachtung. Ihr Arbeitgeber wird versuchen, die gemeinsam beschlossenen Maßnahmen umzusetzen, sofern diese wirtschaftlich realisierbar sind und sich eine krankheits-bedingte Kündigung dadurch vermeiden lässt.4. Abschluss des BEM Das BEM endet, wenn die zuvor vereinbarten Maß-nahmen und Ziele erreicht wurden. Wird festgestellt, dass eine Maßnahme nicht die Richtige für Sie war, kann das BEM-Verfahren wieder aufgenommen wer-den. Dann wird erneut geprüft, ob eine andere Lösung gefunden werden kann, um Sie bei Ihrer Wiedereingliederung zu unterstützen.DatenschutzIm Rahmen des BEM-Verfahrens kann die Erhebung bzw. die Verwendung sensibler Daten erforderlich sein. Alle am BEM-Beteiligten unterliegen der Schweige-pflicht. In die Personalakte darf nur aufgenommen wer-den, dass Ihnen zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt die Durchführung eines BEM angeboten wurde und, ob Sie eingewilligt oder abgelehnt haben. Auch der Abschluss des BEM-Verfahrens wird in der Personalakte festge-halten.Fazit Alle Beteiligten sind gleichberechtigte Partner bei der Suche nach geeigneten Lösungen. Deshalb betrachten Sie das BEM als Chance, die Sie gemeinsam mit Ihrem Arbeitgeber nutzen können und aus der Sie beide Vorteile ziehen: Sie fördern Ihre Gesundheit und Ihr Arbeitsplatz bleibt Ihnen erhalten, der Arbeitgeber profitiert von Ihren wertvollen Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen.
