The Adult/Pediatric First Aid Training module teaches techniques when coming across immediate emergencies in adults and children. This training concludes techniques for sudden illness, life threatening bleeding, injuries, and environmental emergencies. Trainees are required to demonstrate knowledge and technical skills upon completion. This is a in-person training module, all participants are required to arrive at designated location for training. Approximate Length Time 45 minutes. **This training module can be added as an addition to In-Person Adult/Pediatric CPR Training. Approximate Time Length is already include in Adult/Pediatric CPR Training.**

This module is a renewal training in Adult/ Pediatric CPR with AED.  Trainees will refresh CPR technical skills on adult/infant and child manikins. Trainees are required to demonstrate adequate knowledge and technique upon completion of this training module. This is a in class training session all participants are required to arrive at the designated location to receive training. **To attend renewal training, trainees must provide proof of current certification.**Approximate Time Length 4 Hours 15 Minutes 

This module is a renewal training in Adult CPR with AED only. Trainees refresh CPR technical skills on adult manikins. Trainees are required to demonstrate adequate knowledge and technique upon completion of this training module. This is a classroom training session all participants are required to arrive at the designated location to receive training. **To attend renewal training, trainees must provide proof of current certification.** Approximate Time Length: 3 Hours 5 Minutes 

Private sessions allow you to bring up to 10 people to enjoy your private sauna experience. Competitively priced, we’ve designed this option to make the most of the sauna’s location. Groups can plan their sessions around surf, yoga or cold water swimming.

Our Sauna Club communal sessions allow you to experience the sauna without the need to organise a group. Available Saturday mornings every week our one-hour sauna spots are designed for anyone happy to share space with other Sauna Society members.

Our workshops are centred around breath work, hot and cold immersion, and holistic health. The natural setting and close location of the sauna to the sea shore makes it the perfect location for holistic healing and life affirming experiences. Hosted by Co-founder Anthony Mullally.
