Private appointments are one-on-one acupuncture treatments. This acupuncture treatment may also include moxibustion and dietary recommendations. Please allocate approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes for your initial appointment. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early to fill out the intake forms. In these sessions, we evaluate the action of the remedies, work with beliefs or strong emotions that are still stuck, and plan the next course of action. Follow-ups can be done weekly to keep your process moving in a strong forward direction, however often we do not give a remedy every session.

The mind and body are interconnected in ways that sometimes we don't even understand. You and I will sit down and talk about what is happening physically, mentally, emotionally, and the impact it is making currently in your life. What we want to do is understand how the mind and body are patterning NOW.
