We work at a pace that supports your personal goals-creating  a new lifestyle takes time and patience. We tackle CRAVINGS! Everyone has them-the good news is-once we get to the root of what's causing them and address that root cause-cravings have a way of disappearing. We all have busy lives and sometimes just the thought of having to spend more time shopping and preparing healthy meals can be overwhelming.  I help provide a road map so it doesn't seem quite so big anymore.  I teach you how to navigate a grocery store, read food labels and start to truly take control of your health.  We learn about food prep and how to invest your time wisely in your kitchen.  Program cost reviewed at Health Consultation meeting.

They are super easy to make and are an excellent alternative to chips, packaged granola bars and unhealthy snacks.  In this workshop we will make 3 different kinds of protein energy bites for you to enjoy.  Class size can go up to 5 people.  For larger groups, please contact me to make accommodations.  Price will increase for groups over 5.
