We're not always available when you call, so in an effort to ensure we connect with you to assist you with your matters, please use the phone conference selection, particularly during our tax busy season (January - April). This option allows us to carve out a special time that works for the both of us so that you can have our undivided attention when you need us. New clients seeking to speak with our CPA or other professionals, to gain more insight about a particular service may also use this option. Once scheduled, we will look forward to your call at the selected time. TM Housing operates by Appointments Only. Section 8 Vouchers accepted. This option is for New customers ONLY! (this fee is non-refundable). Deposits are only good for 30 days. If you are ready to view your next possible home, schedule a pre-screening so we can pre-qualify you. You may rent to own if you aren't ready for a mortgage for 1,2 or 3 years. After you make your payment you will receive a call from customer service within 30 minutes to finalize your viewing. This fee covers all applicants. You will also need to send in you ID, SS and most recent pay stub to support@tmhousing.info . You are allowed to apply for up to 10 properties for no additional application fee after enrollment is completed. (this fee is non-refundable)
