Come and join us for Pink Ribbon Pilates to keep fit, stay strong and make some new friends. Pink Ribbon Pilates is adapted to all treatments and stages of breast cancer which means this keep fit class is perfect for women who want to be active, moving and motivated whatever their stage of breast cancer survivorship. We can allow booking of 9 participants for each class.

This 45-minute exercise class is hosted every Tuesday and Thursday by DDP Yoga Certified Instructor, Bryan Durren. Bryan teaches the DDP Yoga techniques that helped him lose weight, gain strength/flexibility & reduce pain; all with minimal joint impact. The program is good for all ages, fitness and experience levels. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a towel. We ride to heart pumping music in this fun, energetic workout. Indoor cycling is designed to target all fitness levels, allowing you to follow the instructor or scale back! Safe for everyone. Get lost in the ride and get your sweat on! Due to the limited number of bikes, please do not sign up for this class unless you're sure you'll be able to attend.
