Energetic healing helping to facilitate the clients own healing response. I place my hands lightly on different parts of the body and help to ground out stress or allow myself to be a channel to give pure positive energy. Clients sometimes see colours, feel different emotional sensations, or feel peaceful and calm. A really beautiful practice. <3 Can also be incorporated with some massage techniques in high tension areas of the body.
