Lesley started in private practice at Central Wollongong Physio in 1989 with an special interest in chronic pain. (Lesley had previously been studying Psychology in Canada) She worked at Port Kembla Hospital Physiotherapy Dept. mainly in orthopaedics ( inpatient and outpatient) and rehabilitation.Lesley became interested in an holistic view of pain management and the NSW government allowed Lesley to undertake training in Hypnosis to use for pain relief.Since then Lesley has undertaken much post graduate training including Acupuncture in 1998. She is also a Clinical Nutritionist (UNE 2003) and Clinical Hypnotherapist (Melbourne 2013) Lesley treats acute anc chronic problems such as backs, necks, knees etc., however some people have pains that standard treatments just scratch the surface of. The connection between the mind and body is fascinating.  For example, depressions or grief may reignite old, long forgotten pains. We may address multiple areas of pain with acupuncture or in some cases hypnosis. The Teal Flame Healing Centre is a place for holistic healing and has other like minded practitioners and classes. We have Massage therapy, Yoga Reiki and Meditation to name a few modalities used.

Agility Area - 50 minutes Private Hire. £10.00 for 1-4 dogs.Our first play area as you enter the park, a wide, flat grass area with the best access.Over winter the equipment is not a full course, but does include a dog walk (First Contact Aluminium), tunnels, plenty of jumps and weaves (Stick in ground, so suitable for all training mehtods).This play area has more purpose than just agility, it is most suited for disabled access and is a great space for your dog to play, sniff and zoom, this area is suited to ALL sizes and all ages. However, if you are booking this play area to use the agility equipment please note that no dogs under 1 year should be using jumps as this is not beneficial for their physical development - please place the poles on the floor for young dogs. For safety reasons; big children (grown ups) and little children are not permitted on the dog obstacles.Each play area has a shelter to help stay dry on rainy days. Bench seating, fresh drinking water, poop bags, waste bins are all provided. A selection of in-house dog toys are available for your pooch to use, please just ask a member of staff. Larger breeds are of course still welcome to book this play area, as much of the equipment can still be used by them should you wish. Plenty of space for zoomies and sniffies as well as a variety of fun pieces of specially designed equipment to for doggies to play on. Each play area has a shelter to help stay dry on rainy days. Hillside Play Area - 50 minutes Private Hire. £10.00 for 1-4 dogs. Our top right play area in the park, set on a slight incline (with great views), best suited for very reactive dogs as the area is the most isolated from the others. Due to the incline this area is great for dogs who like a bit more of a challenge when zooming and playing, although it is not recommended for sighthounds or dogs with mobility issues.This play area contains equipment and play obstacles to suit all sizes, including tunnels, weaves, jumps and more. Each play area has a shelter to help stay dry on rainy days. Bench seating, fresh drinking water, poop bags, waste bins are all provided. A selection of in-house dog toys are available for your pooch to use, please just ask a member of staff.
