This is for initial EFT sessions with Dawn and for those who want some extra time in their tapping session. Emotional Freedom Techniques (a.k.a. tapping) is a group of techniques used to help release stress from the body by tapping on specific acupressure points. Coaching primarily focuses on defined objectives and quantifiable successes, with the client taking an active role and bearing the majority of the responsibility for achieving these goals. Coaching focuses on unlocking untapped potential and assisting clients in achieving the objectives they set for themselves. Coaches place a greater emphasis on the practical. With each session, they assist their clients in connecting their awareness to action, taking tangible steps toward their objective.
