Meet with a Sound Body Fitness trainer in order to find out what you and your body needs. The assessment will take 30 minutes or less, and this time will allow the trainer to examine what you can and cannot do. The consultation will follow the assessment, and it will consist of a conversation between you and the trainer about your "body goals," and other important factors that will play a role in your fitness journey.

A 1 hour body weight session, sessions may vary from circuits, HIIT and active games from week to week.
