Is it going to be hard?? Yes, it's supposed to be. But nothing that you wont be able to do! Anyone and everyone will be able to jump on this class. As long as you're willing to work hard and be a team player then this class is suitable for you! ⁣⁣⁣ This is going to be the closest you get to Army style battle PT like you see on the TV programmes. You will be pushed to your limit and expected to work hard. This will be a military style fitness and fat loss class for all abilities.
