This is the most commonly practised style of yoga in the West. In each class you’ll work with balancing the mind, body and breath. This is achieved by working with the breath (Pranayama), the physical postures (Asanas) and the calming of the mind through relaxation and short meditations.All classes start with a short meditation. This helps you to just relax from the day you’ve had and arrive on your mat. You’ll then move into the physical practice and explore the wonderful postures of yoga and close the session with a deep and beautiful relaxation.The pace of the class is steady, with gentle to deep stretches helping to relax the body, help release tension, increase circulation and de stress the mind. 

A deeply, relaxing style of yoga. Restorative yoga focuses on undoing stress that so many of us experience in life.We often end up so busy that we can forget to take time to relax. Restorative yoga poses are supported and passive and can be held from five to fifteen minutes. During this time you are supported in the poses using blankets, pillows and blocks.This invokes the body into a deep relaxation, which is healing to the nervous system and organs. It helps to ease muscle tension, general fatigue, insomnia, aids lowering blood pressure, improves immune function and helps digestion.Great for anyone with auto immune conditions, chronic illness, anyone in recovery or simply to de-stress and give your body and mind some well deserved TLC.

This is the fundamental foundation for your pole journey. Beginner pole class is crucial in building the correct strength and learning to engage the correct muscles etc for your more advanced classes that will come in the future.  Building up the co-ordination,confidence and strength you will need to execute moves and tricks correctly is the most important part of beginner pole. You will be introduced to the basics of Pole Fitness including vocabulary, grips, transitions, floor work, spins and tricks that makes up our internationally recognized syllabus.

This is a class that is open to ALL levels. This gives you the chance to work on your skills in the various levels. There could be students from level 1-6 in one class - these classes are generally more chilled and follow a less rigid structure due to the mix of members in one class. We generally try keep it to a max of 3 levels - but if the class truly has multiple levels we will have 2 instructors to ensure everyone has a spotter and 1 on 1 assistance should it be required.

Unleash your inner sensual being with this sultry, sexy choreo class. Heels are encouraged, knee pads highly recommended, and all the sass you can muster. Dress as sexy as you want, but keep in mind that we are still a fitness studio and modesty is required. Please cover all bits you wouldn't want on camera. This is where we start to incorporate some tricks and spins above the floor work and around-the-pole manoeuvres we covered in beginner exotic.

Basic poses, breathing techniques and meditation will be introduced to allow you achieving a better health. This class stretches your body through holding the poses for a bit longer period of time. ЙОГА В ГАМАКАХ ДЛЯ БЕРЕМЕННЫХ, йога в воздухе, антигравити йога для беременных. Чем мы будем заниматься на уроках йоги в воздухе в период вынашивания малыша. В течении всего занятия будем принимать комфортные расслабляющие положения тела. Находясь в расслабленном положении, нам удастся потренировать сердце, повысить уровень нашей выносливости, окрепнуть и вступить в роды в прекрасной физической форме (позы стоя с опорой на гамак). Снимая нагрузку с ног, будем тренировать сосуды (отеки, варикоз, геморрой) (позы перевернутые).
