Die traditionelle Thai Yoga Körperarbeit wird in Thailand Nuad genannt und bedeutet übersetzt „heilsame Berührung“. Nuad verwendet Handballen, Daumen, Unterarmen, Knie und Füße und das ganze Körpergewicht des Praktikers. Es wird auf Energiebahnen, Sen Linien, und wichtigen Akupressurpunkten gearbeitet, wodurch Stagnationen und Blockaden gelöst werden können. Energielinienarbeit und passive Yogastellungen, die  wohltuend auf den ganzen Körper und das Nervensystem wirken, werden miteinander verbunden. Dazu kommen sanfte Atemübungen und Meditation.
