We would welcome the input of a seasoned Bike to Work employee from your company to help encourage all the newbie’s. We will make the webinar as interactive as possible with the use of fun videos, polls and plenty of digital downloads for the audience. Sessions will NOT be recorded, though all materials can be shared post event.

Not just your everyday in company lunch time event, yes you will have our team on hand to discuss the benefits of cycling to work and to answer any questions your teams may have about the Bike to Work scheme. Yes we will have takeaways, informational flyers and merchandise and yes we will have a Guest Bike Shop displaying a range of bikes (including electric bikes) with experts on hand to answer any questions on ‘How to choose a bike?’. What’s new you ask? Well, in addition we will have 2 x smart turbo trainers for your teams to ride virtual roads and create a realistic ride indoors. More than just training bikes, these smart turbo trainers will allow two people to enjoy a short structured workout where we can share the distance they ride, the speed of their journey, the amount of calories they burn and the emissions they save. We can gamify this by creating a company leader board for overall distance, calories or emissions achieved. We will work within company COVID policy to ensure a safe environment for all personnel to enjoy the day.

For our TravelHub clients we can offer an onsite information session with a display of bikes (including EBikes and Cargo Bikes)  from a local bike shop and also a Transport operator (Luas, Irish Rail, Dublin Bus etc). We provide all the information and advice your staff need to apply for the Taxsaver and Cycle to Work schemes.
