Barre fitness combines the grace of ballet, the core stability of Pilates, and the flexibility of yoga. Using safe and effective movements, you will build muscular strength and endurance, enhancing your daily activities.No prior experience is required, and the workout can be modified for every BODY. We don’t take ourselves too seriously here — we just work up a sweat to a fun playlist and enjoy the movement!Please bring a yoga mat if you have one (we have several at the studio too!) and a water bottle. You may take class barefoot or wear socks with grippers.

This class moves you through 26 traditional poses, with long holds, rather than flowing from pose to pose with the breath.  It is a full body sequence of postures for beginners to advanced practitioners. Postures promote strength and flexibility while fostering deeper levels of concentration.  Room will be warm.

Body Tune up uses The Roll Model Method which is a soft-tissue conditioning, self-care fitness format that uses the various Roll Model® Therapy Balls for self-myofascial release (self-massage). This may include breath work, CheckIn and ReCheck, elements of alignment, anatomy instruction and mental awareness (such as conscious relaxation).

Dieser Kurs richtet sich nur an Auszubildende, Schülerinnen und Studentinnen.Alle anderen Interessentinnen können den „Entspannungskurs Damen“ buchen.Der Kurs findet in acht Unterrichtseinheiten á 70 Minuten jeden Dienstag und Donnerstag um 17:00 Uhr statt.

The aim of these sessions is to show you the fundamentals of putting and provide you with a framework for practice. Each session will cover a different element so you can choose to attend one or all of these classes. 

Learn how to flight your wedges like a tour player. If you have ever taken your most lofted club and made a full swing, hoping to launch the ball high in the air so it would come down softly, this session is for you. You will learn how to increase the spin on your wedge shots with an easy to follow procedure. 

This session is designed to help you increase both your club head speed and your ball speed for longer shots. You will learn the principles that help to maximise how far you hit the ball while still hitting it straight.
