Our custom insole appointment is a 45 minute appointment with one of our professional boot fitters, we will make a pair of Sidas Custom Insoles for your ski boots and explain more about how they will help your skiing. The charge for this service is £180 which includes the cost of the footbeds.If you are booking a boot fitting appointment you do not need to make an additional insole appointment.Most ski boot issues come from the foot being insufficiently supported inside the boot. This movement can be uncomfortable and cause pain, discomfort and tiredness. This is why a fully custom insole is such an important part of your equipment. What happens during the fitting appointment?We will begin with an initial assessment which involves getting to know you and your experiences with skiing and ski boots. We will then carry out an in-depth assessment of your feet and their biometrics. With this knowledge we can then advise you on the best insole to go for.Once we have carried out the initial assessment we will then begin by making a vacuum print of your feet using the Sidas custom foot plates. These are large blue malleable vacuum pads that can take an exact print of your foot.Whilst this is happening we will be heating up your chosen insoles in the Sidas insole oven. This is a flat glass oven that gently heats the insoles to make them soft and pliable ready to place into your foot moulds. Once the insoles have been in the oven for approximately 6 minutes they will be carefully placed into the vacuum pads and you will be asked to stand back on top of the pads and move into your ski stance.The insoles will take to the mould of your foot very quickly so the boot fitter will soon ask for you to sit back and remove your feet from the pads once more.The boot fitter will know at this point if there is any additional support needed around your heal or the arch of your foot. If this is necessary they will add on these extra sections at this point in the process. They will then trim the insole to fit your boot perfectly and finish it on a grinding wheel to ensure all the edges are smooth.You now have a pair of fully Custom Insoles which will hug the shape of your foot completely, providing the best possible well-being and maximum shock absorption.Ski Bartletts Fit GuaranteeUnfortunately we are unable to offer the Ski Bartlett Fit Guarantee with this service.What you need to bring to your appointment?Please bring the ski boots you intend to wear these insoles with. Wear loose fitting trousers you can pull up over your knee and bring a pair of ski socks. 

Personal Training (PT) sessions are included with both a GymPLUS and our Gym Warrior membership packages.If you do not hold a monthly membership, we offer a single PT for £25.00, or a block of 4 for £80.00. The full fee must be made prior to, or on arrival, for your first booked session.

60 minute total body conditioning workout. Minimal equipment needed

Online on ZOOM60 minute Semi Private Personal Training Session. Individual feedback and coaching provided. Equipment Needed: Dumbbells, Backpack filled for weight (books or magazines inside), A stool or a chair, Need approximately 6 sq feet of space to move.
