Straps are a beautiful discipline as well as a great way to cross train for any aerial equipment. This course we will go through some basic moves on straps and conditioning. We will focus on body alignment, solid technique and progressing on everyone's personal goals. Please note that we do not currently provide classes for under 18s - any questions, please contact the committee.

In this class you will learn new climbs and sequences, as well as do some exercises that can help you achieve the more advanced dynamic moves.Pre requisites: signed off on silks, ideally you are able to straddle climb (long or short arms are both fine).Please note that we are not currently accepting under 18s in our classes. Our Gentle Flow Yoga service is a 60-minute, all-level yoga class that focuses on self-connection, mobility, and breathwork. Experience the benefits of movement through gentle yoga postures that promote comfort and relaxation. Props are encouraged, but not required, and no prior yoga experience is necessary. Our goal is to provide a safe and authentic space for you to move with love and get comfortable with the uncomfortable. Join us for a practice that nourishes your mind, body, and soul.

Our Qi Gong classes offer a unique opportunity to cultivate and harness Qi, the life force energy that flows through our bodies. Led by experienced Qi Gong Instructor Mike Schmidlkofer, these classes combine traditional Taoist energy arts techniques with elements of Yoga and Tai Qi. Through specific exercises, breathwork, and targeted focus on energy points, participants will learn to enhance their overall well-being, improve balance, and promote the free flow of Qi throughout the body. Join us to experience the transformative power of Qi Gong.

Ich begleite die Kinder Schritt für Schritt und unterstütze sie individuell beim Malen.Für eine schöne Geburtstagsatmosphäre sorge ich mit passenden Luftballons. Kuchen, Snacks und Getränke dürfen gerne selbst mitgebracht werden.

A Free Foot Assessment usually takes approximately 45 minutes. Thin socks, provided by Foot Solutions, are worn throughout. Feet and gait are carefully assessed through observation, palpation and scanning. Unique solutions are recommended to meet customer needs and lifestyle – this can include customised orthotics and appropriate footwear. Our aim is to keep our customers moving and exercising which can lead to a healthy lifestyle.
