La prima visita osteopatica è un consulto a 360° dove lo specialista ascolta ed indaga tutti gli aspetti della sfera paziente che possano influire sul dolore se presente, sulla postura in un’ottica preventiva, oppure sulla qualità e sicurezza delle performance sportive. Le modalità con le quali si arriva ai risultati sperati sono sempre diverse e personalizzate per ogni paziente, scegliendo le tecniche e metodiche più sicure, veloci ed efficaci, caso per caso. Il primo appuntamento dura un’ora, il tempo necessario per permettere all’osteopata di:–   CONOSCERE L’ANAMNESI DEL PAZIENTEL'anamnesi è la fase iniziale della seduta.L'osteopata raccoglie informazioni sulla storia clinica del paziente, sulle problematiche attuali e sui sintomi. L'anamnesi può includeredomande riguardanti:Dolori o fastidi specifici.Traumi precedenti (incidenti, infortuni sportivi, ecc.)Stile di vita (attività fisica, lavoro, stress)Patologie o interventi chirurgiciAbitudini quotidiane, come postura e qualità del sonnoL'obiettivo è avere una visione complessiva della salute del paziente e identificare eventuali causeo fattori scatenanti.- EFFETTUARE L’ESAME OBIETTIVOL'esame obiettivo prevede l'osservazione e la palpazione del corpo del paziente.L'osteopata valuta la postura, le asimmetrie, il movimento delle articolazioni e la qualità dei tessuti (come muscoli e legamenti). Naast de extensions bevat Xtens om de oliën in je nagelplaat te neutraliseren tijdens de voorbereiding, Het Xtens System is ontworpen om gemakkelijk en efficiënt te zijn, maar minder schadelijk.

Flexibele gel die op de eigen nagels wordt aangebracht. Oogt zeer natuurlijk, met een kleurtje naar keuze. Gelish nagels kunnen niet verlengd worden. Langere nagels hebben een opbouw van een niet flexibel product nodig.

Indien je wenst te stoppen met kunstnagels, raden we jou aan om de kunstnagels tijdig te laten verwijderen. Wanneer je kunstnagels laat uitgroeien, loopt de natuurlijke nagel heel wat schade op. Het duurt ongeveer 3 tot 6 maanden eer zulke schade zichzelf herstelt. Na het zorgvuldig verwijderen van het kunstproduct, breng ik nog een verstevigd laagje verzorging aan.

Chair yoga is an alternative to traditional yoga, which may be too stressful in some situations. Joint pain, back pain, and rehabilitation, are helped by Yoga in a chair. Weight loss, prenatal care, senior issues, stress reduction, and stiffness from office work are also reasons to use this easy Yoga program. The results are similar to traditional yoga poses but are a more gentle fitness program.
