Our introduction to circuits classes are a great way for you to get a feel of what our circuit classes are all about. Relaxed, enjoyable and energising to help you achieve your best.  

Classes normally take place on the first Sunday of every month at, 10am at Woodthorpe Park, Nottingham, £8.50. Get moving in this impactful Hatha Yoga. Includes a complimentary warming drink.The guide price for this class is £8.50, All details on how to pay will be sent with your booking confirmation. If you have any allergies or specific dietary requirements please let me know by emailing snuggyoga@gmail.com on the day of booking, and I'll do my best to accommodate you. A tailored and bespoke practice to suit your individual needs and likes.Group classes available here.A full pre-activity questionnaire will need to be filled in prior to the class and the instructor may advise that you must get doctor / midwife permission to start / continue your classes.--------------------The safe and fun classes will provide a rejuvenating warm up, CV and MSE work focussing on the whole body and key areas of consideration (ie pelvic floor, abs and posture) carried out via a low impact and yummy Yoga flow and finished with nourishing stretches & relaxation. It’s a great way to meet mums in your community, get outside in the fresh air (if taking place outside), ask any questions and just have fun while staying fit and healthy. There will be lots of options throughout so work to your own ability & how you are feeling that day. It is advised that you eat a light snack around two hours before exercise and have adequate fluid intake - so drink little and often throughout. Prior to every session I will check in with how you are feeling and it is important you notify me of any changes. All information will adhere to the Data Protection Act and will be stored securely and be treated as confidential where appropriate. I recommended that you complete and then check the questionnaire we send you with your doctor / midwife before embarking on any new activity programme. Please read the questions carefully and answer each one honestly. Please note that participation is voluntary.

High School e-Learning and peer community in a social distanced classroom for a single-day session. Students are provided with breakfast, PPE, Wifi connection, a personal workstation, snacks and a proctored learning environment. Daily outdoor recreation is held at Hampton Park (across Rutledge Ave.) Students must supply their own chromebook or laptop to engage their school's e-learning platform. Students also should bring their own earbuds or headphones.

MONDAY 9.15AMMONDAY 3.45PM LOCATION- BLUEMANNA PARK WANNANUP FBX IS AN ALL BODYWEIGHT MAX INTENSITY SESSION. This is a certified class with new tracks each month. It’s challenging but achievable as modifications are always offered. It’s a short intense workout and a great way to start the week and get your cardio done and dusted!All you need is a towel and drink bottle. 

This class is a crowd favourite! TUESDAY 9.15AM. LOCATION- SOUTHERN EST HALL DAWESVILLE With a mixture of weights/cardio and core covering the whole body. Tabata is set up with 2 exercises side by side and you perform for 20secs each with 10 secs to switch between the 2. This is done x8 giving you a 4 minute set, you then have 1 minute break and rotate to the next block. Fun but challenging workout with a mixture of equipment including slam balls, battle ropes, kettlebells and resistance bands. 

FRIDAY BLUEMANNA PARK WANNANUP METAPWR is the holy grail of HIIT. New tracks every month - super challenging but also achievable if you take modifications. Classes vary week to week but will always include- Strength/Plyo/Core/Dynamic movements. Timed work/rest periods. TUESDAY NIGHT- WARATAH COMMUNITY CHURCH FALCON
