This class is a crowd favourite! TUESDAY 9.15AM. LOCATION- SOUTHERN EST HALL DAWESVILLE With a mixture of weights/cardio and core covering the whole body. Tabata is set up with 2 exercises side by side and you perform for 20secs each with 10 secs to switch between the 2. This is done x8 giving you a 4 minute set, you then have 1 minute break and rotate to the next block. Fun but challenging workout with a mixture of equipment including slam balls, battle ropes, kettlebells and resistance bands.

We offer two different types of programs for the Girl Scouts at Codewiz!  1. Think like a programmer - Let’s create a game. This involves Scratch-based game design course to get the girls introduced to drag and drop coding and build their own game!2. Build and program robot - for building and programming robots. This will be a nice intro to Robotics and programming. We use Lego Robotics. Pricing includes up to 10 kids and any additional child will be $35 per child. Note that it will be about a 1.5 to 2 hours session. Using drag and drop programming techniques, you'll get to create fun animations and games. You'll first learn the basics and afterward, the extent of your creativity can be explored as you come up with and code your own ideas! Concepts your child will learn: Your child will learn concepts of problem-solving, pattern recognition, design thinking, and programming specific concepts such as: creating variables, loops, timers, functions, and parallel programming while creating a pretty neat game or animation.

A Roblox trial is a great introduction to coding and game design. In a Roblox trial, a student can expect to learn modeling, character creation, and of course, coding.
