What is a Pilates Reformer Class?A Pilates Reformer class is a full-body workout done on a specialised machine called a reformer. It uses springs, straps, and a moving platform to provide smooth resistance, helping you build strength, improve flexibility, and support your joints at the same time.During the class, your instructor will guide you through controlled, flowing movements that target your core, legs, arms, and posture.
