This is to schedule your introductory lessons 1-3. The purpose of these lessons is to give you the basics of karate and help acclimate you to dojo life.

(Current students only) This is a private lesson with one of our top instructors.  They will cover whatever topics and material the student would like to cover for the time block allotted. This is a limited time offer during these difficult times.  This is a reduced rate and currently only available for existing students (active or on hold) and is not available to new students.Pricing $30/person, 3 or more $25.  This is a temporary and reduced price due to the current health situation and will change.

Beginners and Intermediate riders- this is for you! Let us help you break down the basic skills of mountain biking in a way that will improve your riding in no time! Not sure what you want to improve on? With our PMBIA training we have the eye to help find out what will help you feel more confident on two wheels. Have something in particular in mind? Let's do it!Whether it's proper braking, cadence, body position, trail scanning, climbing, descending, cornering, bike maneuvers and roll drops we can cover most in a 2 hour period.Please come with the proper fitness level to ride for a full 2 hours. Pack the snacks. Haul the water. Do what ya gotta do, baby! The lesson will begin at the scheduled time whether you and your bike are ready or not so we recommend hitting a local bike shop for a tune up and coming 15 minutes early to be adequately prepared. You NEED a helmet and close toed shoes. Gloves and knee/elbow pads are strongly recommended but not required. Bike must have: gears (we will be climbing and gears are a must), working front and rear brake, and tires that hold air. Not sure your bike is up for it? Take it into a local bike shop for a tune up, our favorite is The Bike Shoppe in Ogden! We will not refund fees due to bike complications during the scheduled lesson. We aren't bike mechanics and will not make repairs. Location: Trail 365 trailhead through South Gate at North Fork Park, Eden, UTWant to add a friend? Or two? Message us!
