Our Junior classes for children ages 8-12yrs, beginners are always welcome. These classes are designed to encourage discipline and etiquette and to build confidence. The junior syllabus is structured to develop fitness and includes more advanced self defence techniques appropriate to their age group. Gradings for advancement take place 3 times a year.

We specialise in teenage classes ages 13 -16 yrs dealing with real world issues. The intermediate class runs for 1 hour and includes more demanding fitness designed to improve stamina and develop controlled aggression. The syllabus is structured to prepare them for the adult class and includes realistic self defence with practical techniques that will give the students the confidence to deal with situations relative to their age group. Grading takes place appx twice a year and students will be tested for attitude, understanding of their syllabus and technical ability.

If you are an established practitioner of any grade you can book one of classes. Senior class runs for 2 hours and includes fitness development for endurance and stamina as well as a comprehensive syllabus catering from complete beginner to seasoned practitioners. We are not a sport club…we don’t do competitions our ju-jitsu is very real and very practical for self defence. Gradings take place apps twice a year and are specifically designed to test the candidate;s technical competence whilst under duress.

The Olive Oil Enthusiast Tour is a semi private tour for those who want a deeper insight into olive oil production, quality and tasting.The tour includes a guided tour of our production process and a mini seminar on Cretan olive oil production and what olive oil quality means. The group will then sit at our restaurant and experience an introduction on how to taste olive oil which will include two different Cretan olive varieties and is followed by olive oil pairing with dishes specifically designed by our Chef to showcase olive oil an the Cretan Diet.
