Join us on the 29th October 2022 for an Inversion Workshop with Norie Jones. This ‘Inversions Workshop’ offers a safe and mindful way to learn how to invert (go upside down into yoga poses) kindly and steadily. Expect a step-by-step approach – with key build up and cool down poses to help warm the body and focus the mind. It will help understanding the therapeutic benefits and precautions for inversions.If you are nervous or don’t know how to step into something with ease and confidence, it’s often the fear of the unknown. Part of the morning will focus on bringing kindness in your approach. Including calmness of the breath, safety and support for the body, ease and steadiness for the mind.Who can attend?This inversions workshop is ideal for students who are ready for a new challenge. Whether you are ‘nearly’ ready to come into inversions, or new to the postures. Or are simply curious to find out more about being upside down. If you are a regular practitioner of these poses, you will learn how to bring more depth and variety to your inversions. How to bookPlease only book on this yoga inversions workshop if you know that you can attend. Note once you have booked a place, no credit transfer or refunds are available for cancellations made later than 3 days before the start date. Please bring along your own mat or book a mat rental.Cancellation policyA full refund will be made for cancellations made more than 10 days before the start date. For cancellations less than 3 days before the course or workshop there will be no refunds or transfers unless:       the course/ workshop is full and your place can be filled from a waiting list, or       you are sick/injured/pregnant and can provide a doctor’s noteIn these cases we will refund the fee. All clients are asked to agree and acknowledge Fulham Yoga wavier upon booking a course or workshop.•       If a course or workshop is cancelled you will be offered either a refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative event•       We are unable to give refunds in the case of cancelled transport (trains, aeroplanes etc). Please ensure you take out relevant insurance to protect yourself against this.•       Refunds are not possible to be made retrospectively. If we have not heard from you by 24 hours following the end of a workshop we will not be able to process any refunds.•       We reserve the right to cancel a workshop for any reason. Whilst we would only do this in exceptional circumstances that mean we are unable to offer the workshop as advertised, or if there are insufficient numbers booked onto the workshop to make it viable for the teacher taking the workshop. Should this happen, we will notify you as soon as we have knowledge of the cancellation and will refund you the full £ (sterling) amount you have paid us in respect of the workshop. We will not be responsible for any additional expenses which you may have incurred in respect of the workshop, including travel, accommodation or exchange rate losses.

預約兩小時或以上完成錄影後享有$100現金回贈:::::服務內容::::: 因應使用者所參加的考試/比賽方要求，以合符標準的拍攝角度、聲畫清晰度、檔案規格等，為使用者錄製檔案。 使用者可以即時親身選取最多三個檔案。 IOS用戶可透過AirDrop即使接收檔案，或自備USB Drive。Andriod用戶需自備USB Drive接收檔案，或於兩天後於本教室提供的Google Drive網址下載，檔案將保留24小時。 使用者必須自行留意考試/比賽方需學員在鏡頭前出示的文件，如身份證明等。本教室不接受因使用者個人疏忽，而臨埸取消錄音或退款的要求。 本教室有對錄製過程拍攝的權利，以作為日後宣傳用途。涉鏡者樣貌會於後期剪輯遮掩。   :::::更改時間、惡劣天氣、退款保障:::::(1) 本教室不設預留時段服務，請於網上選定相應時間及付款作實。(2) 從付款完成時間開始的2小時內，都可以申請無條件取消預約及退款，2小時後只接受更改時間，否則將收取$300行政費用。(3) 付款後如需更改日子或時間，請於原定時間前48小時提出，否則不受理，敬請原諒。如需更改預約時間，請聯絡管理員（WhatsApp 9519-7422)更改，管理員會收取行政費$25。(4) 因生病或受傷而臨時無法於原定時間前往錄音者，在有醫生證明下可申請更改時間。(5) 錄音若因各種無可事先避免而又無法改變的因素，例如大廈停電、緊急工程等而中止，將退回所剩時間的錄音費用。(6) 除了八號風球及黑色暴雨警告生效時，本教室照常開放。紅色暴雨警告生效期間，使用者可因應實際需要，選擇是否照常赴約。八號風球生效前2小時開始，本教室會關閉，直至八號風球取消後3小時才開啟。因惡劣天氣引而取消的錄音，可以重新預約。若沒有合適的重新預約時間，使用者可以申請退款。 (7) 遲到不設錄音補時，亦不會退回因遅到而沒享用到的服務費用。(8) Good Vibes Studio有取消和更改預約的最終決定權。如需更改預約時間，請聯絡管理員（WhatsApp 9519-7422)  

由於隨意預約後爽約的情況不時發生，所以預約時將預先暫收$50的費用，待赴約後將會全數退回。 若需更改時間請盡快聯絡，當天臨時爽約者將被列為黑名單，本教室亦會扣除$50作為備課及預留時間的補償。   報讀課程後，家長、老師、學員會長期相處，免費試堂是為了互相先認識了解、方便正式上課時制定獨一無二的教學內容而設的。 相方都尊重大家於時間上的付出，才能有長久而愉快的學習經歷：)
